Jessica Paugh, the CEO and founder of Integrative Compliance Solutions, began her law enforcement career in 1997 with the Holly Hill Police Department. With over 25 years of service in law enforcement education, she developed expertise in various investigative roles and progressed to administrative positions. Before her current role, Jess
Jessica Paugh, the CEO and founder of Integrative Compliance Solutions, began her law enforcement career in 1997 with the Holly Hill Police Department. With over 25 years of service in law enforcement education, she developed expertise in various investigative roles and progressed to administrative positions. Before her current role, Jessica served as Deputy Chief of Police in New Smyrna Beach, FL, and later became the Director of the School of Emergency Services at Daytona State College, where she emphasized educational services. In 2018, she graduated from the FBI National Academy and earned a master’s degree in Public Safety Leadership. Her specialties encompass expert compliance consulting, employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, and Internal Affairs Investigation, ensuring regulatory compliance in all aspects of her work.
